Stars And Bars 4-Eva
It's the human thing to do, to ignore what's right in front of you. The DC music scene might not be what it was when Discord Records had its heyday and bands used to pack in the kids with Xs on both hands at all-ages shows. Even though Ted left us for Brooklyn, there's still good stuff going on. I got rather depressed a few weeks ago when a friend of Dabysan's charged DC with being a shitty music town. I stewed over it for a fortnight, but then I decided I was part of the problem if I wasn't checking out DC bands. So as part of my New Year's resolution, I'm going local.

Our friend was the DP for a Georgie James video - maybe it was places. I can't remember. I think we have a DVD of the vid at home. It was pretty recent.
