I'd better not have to wear all black again to work on Wednesday. Not like I did in 2004 (cause black was how I felt on the inside). I'd better not be closing my office door and crying to the Clash's "I'm Not Down."

I'd better be celebrating the defeat of Santorum, Allen and all the other right-wing sociopaths (Bush et al) who've ruined our country over the last six years. Tonight is a night for schadenfreude. Take that Turd Blossom!

Rage Against the Machine is balls, audible. This song is a predictable choice, but it riles me. It's hard not to feel righteous indignation by the end. Listen here. Then go vote.

Word. I've been listening to Bad Religon's "No Control" on heavy repeat for the past week, but now I can breathe easier. Today it was Cool it Now, by New Edition.

Nice choice--very appropriate. That could also work in your job shoving mix.

Right up there with some of my favorites in the same spirit: the classic The Revolution Will Not be Televised, Fight the Power, and You Fucked Up (OK, unoriginal lyrics, but funny as shit if you are a Ween fan).

That Ween song would be good on a break-up mix. I was going to go with Fight the Power, but switched at the last second.
